1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "juli7" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://juli7.cam and all associated services, applications, and interfaces operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" / "User" refers to any natural person who registers an account on the juli7 platform or accesses any part of its services.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a Player following completion of the registration and verification process on the juli7 platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting facilities, promotional offers, support channels, and ancillary features offered through the juli7 platform.
• "Funds" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance held within a Player's Account wallet, inclusive of deposited amounts and any credited bonus funds subject to applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other incentive-based amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission and validation of government-issued identification documents and supporting personal information as required by applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the juli7 platform, registering an Account, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with any supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Juli7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and juli7. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and all its Services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation in real-money gaming through the juli7 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is imposed in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Juli7 employs age verification procedures during the registration process and during KYC review.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The juli7 platform is directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Juli7 does not warrant or represent that access to or use of the platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from outside the Philippines do so entirely at their own risk and legal discretion.

3.3 Disqualified Persons

The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the juli7 platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons currently self-excluded from the juli7 platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of juli7, including their immediate family members and household members;
• Persons accessing the platform through automated systems, bots, scripts, or other non-human interfaces;
• Persons who have previously been permanently banned from the juli7 platform.

4 Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on the juli7 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted, including your legal full name, date of birth, and active Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the juli7 platform. The simultaneous operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.3 KYC Verification

Juli7 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing withdrawals and may require identity verification at any time. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, and Philippine passport. Juli7 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation where verification cannot be completed on the basis of the primary document alone.

4.4 Account Non-Transferability

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any purported transfer is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Juli7 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You must notify the juli7 support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you have reason to believe that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access to your Account has occurred. Juli7 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to notify us promptly of a suspected security breach.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your juli7 Account are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Juli7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Direct, UnionBank Online, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, PESONet, and select over-the-counter payment partners. Juli7 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your verified legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may require confirmation of KYC status before processing. Juli7 targets processing of standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted for same-day processing when requested before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on a business day.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Juli7 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. Juli7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing, freeze accounts, and report transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger mandatory review under these obligations.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Juli7 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other incentive-based credits to eligible Account holders. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion detail page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Game categories contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Bonuses have defined validity periods; any unclaimed or unwagered bonus amount remaining after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

Each game available on the juli7 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before wagering. In the event of any discrepancy between the rules displayed in a game interface and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply.

All game outcomes on the juli7 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is statistically independent and unpredictable. Juli7 does not manipulate game outcomes and no external factor influences individual game results.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or display discrepancy, Juli7 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant wagers. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical malfunction will not be honoured and are not payable. Juli7's determination in such matters is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juli7 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering using false, stolen, or third-party identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human process to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Any form of cheating, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or artificial manipulation of game mechanics;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any transaction intended to circumvent Philippine financial crime regulations;
• Circumventing self-exclusion or account closure measures by registering new accounts;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the juli7 platform's code, infrastructure, or security systems;
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the juli7 platform, including its design, software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content), and written content, are owned by or licensed to juli7. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any intellectual property belonging to juli7 except as strictly necessary to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any component of the juli7 platform without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of juli7 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

Juli7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible at any time through your Account settings. These tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

Players who feel their gaming behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to contact our support team for assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juli7, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform or any Service, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if juli7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Juli7's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law, including any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

13 Termination and Suspension

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to the juli7 support team. Upon closure, any Funds remaining in your Account wallet (excluding Bonus Funds not yet qualifying for withdrawal) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Juli7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; or for business reasons in its sole discretion. In cases of permanent closure for cause, juli7 may forfeit any balance in the Account where permitted by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Juli7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Account holders via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or by publication of an updated version of these Terms at https://juli7.cam/terms-conditions, with the updated effective date prominently displayed at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the juli7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Article 13 above.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the juli7 platform shall first be submitted to the juli7 customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved at the customer support level within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine judicial or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the subject matter.
